Just before the first lockdown in the UK, I played a couple of big fancy games of sixth edition up in that London. Proper 3000 point games with a scenario, too, none of that mucking about doing tourney-prep games for a tourney scene that doesn't really exist any more. If we'd teased them in with a Skirmish or two they'd be perfect.
Anyway, both involve my Vampire Counts and I've written them up on my own site. Details are a bit thin on the ground because it was a few months ago and I'm not really a "then I rolled a six and a two and he rolled a three and a one" kind of reporter anyway, but I hope they provide some low-quality no-cost edu-tainment in these troubled times.
I really like writing them. There's a surprising amount of finesse involved in making them not too dry, not too detailed, not too summative, not too reflective...
