I was never much into Specialists Games so I am not sure what everyone wants to have a conversation about. I can certainly add a new forum if there is a demand for it. |

Congrats, tony! I'd been tempted a couple of times but I have my damn plog to baby-sit. I've probably deleted about a dozen "suicide notes" right before submitting them. Of course, I heard we just got a paining section...

Oh, and our specialist rotation usually includes (in general order of preference/play frequency): Necromunda, Blood Bowl, (you already have Mordheim), and the occasional game of ManoWar/Space Hulk (probably few enough players that I know of to stick to general, IMO). It wasn't my intention to get banned, you just apparently can't use a condescending tone when addressing people. Niether of the comments I made should have resulted in a ban.
1: I said HelloKitty must live on Bizarroworld since his/her/its anecdotal evidence is always the exact opposite of whatever anyone posts.
2: I told thesoundofmusica after another snide remark of his got posted that I was gonna buy a fifth of Jagermeister and do a shot for every time he made a non-contributing condescending comment, and that I'd be drunk in less than 20 minutes.
I don't think those were condescending, I think they were accurate.

Is it bad that I pretty much already knew how it went down? And that these might be the same people my "notes" were drafted toward? Although, it had really gotten to that schoolyard argument level where you're kind of sick of everyone, right or wrong (or just plain beligerant). At any rate, consider yourself seconded "post mortem". In the interest of avoiding off topic clutter on what shall be my new home I will move on now, but thanks for the insight! |
