I think my favorite telltale sign that a spammer is trying to apply for membership is when they ask for the administration, say it is very important, and then end it with "Thank".

I was in mid-banning of a spammer and everything was cleared out before I could finish banning the IP. That was some fast work, boss.

Is it possible to look into seeing if this forum will allow us to mass delete all posts by a single poster? That last brute force attack took forever for me to clean up...

I know that on the administrative side that yes you can delete an account and click on check mark to delete all posts from the user. I don't see it on the Mod dashboard so I am not sure if there is a way for a Mod to do that.

That reminds me: we don't have a tool that allows us to kill all posts by a user. We also don't have a tool that lets us kill a post from the subforum main screens. You have to click on the threads to delete them. I'm at work right now, which means "TITS" and delete. A little dangerous, honestly, but I love my job on this site so I'm being artful about when I fix this. We used to have a feature on the old site that killed every post by a person when you deleted the user. Right now, I can't even delete a user.



And to answer the question by the spammer? 3/10. If you're going to force me to look at the same nude body 17 times in a row in a panic while trying to clean up the site and not lose my job, then at least post better nudes.
